The OnGuard® Visitor Self Service (VSS) application from LenelS2 notably enhances the visitor management functionalities within the OnGuard ecosystem. Designed for user convenience, this application offers a self-service check-in feature for visitors. Upon proper configuration and integration with the OnGuard system, the app facilitates a streamlined check-in process for pre-registered guests by utilizing barcodes included in their email invitations.

During the check-in process, visitors have the option to update their personal information and upload a photo. Additionally, the app presents necessary documents for review and acceptance. Following this, a temporary badge or visitor pass is printed via an AirPrint® compatible printer, ensuring that identification for each visitor is readily available. The application also supports both front and back cameras of the iPad®, allowing for efficient capture of visitor photos or barcode scanning to optimize the check-in and check-out process.
